Portopalo di Capo Passero, direction: extreme south.

Portopalo is the most southern town of Sicily. It is a small fishing village surrounded by two seas: Ionian and Mediterranean. If you look to the East side you will see Capo Passero Island. Located in the centre of the island is a Spanish fortress and a Lady Statue. At last you can discover the old “Tonnara” and the abandoned Taufuri Castle.
